This is Me – Lord Mayor launches this years City mental health campaign

This year’s campaign to reduce the stigma around mental health in the workplace has been launched in the City of London by our Lord Mayor Dr Andrew Parmley, who was joined by over 130 attendees.

By encouraging employees who have experienced unmanageable stress or a mental health problem to share their story with colleagues via a video message or other medium, the campaign aims to reduce the stigma around mental health in the workplace.  As part of the This Is Me campaign, PwC have produced a video where employees share some of the health problems they have and which they still suffer with.

This follows on from a previous campaign from a previous Lord Mayor, Lord Jeffery Mountevans, who held a similar event last summer.
